Polyurethane foam is one of the best sound insulting materials known till date. It is commonly used in Auditoriums, Churches and Recording studios where one requires to eliminate un-wanted nuances of sound. For this quality it is also used as inner linings in large and small speakers. Recently with the introduction of sound proof enclosures / canopies for Electricity generators, the scope for using PU Foam as the sound insulating material has widened. We have the infrastructure to provide foam linings / sheets for sound insulation in different shapes, sizes and colors.

Custom made parts
With our modern plant and machinery and our capability to develop new foam articles, we are a competent manufacturer of custom built foam products for packaging, home needs and garment industries.
Some products that could be mentioned here are shoulder pads, car/shoe shiners, cavity foams for packaging, foam balls, discs, pyramids etc.

Ear Pads:
Just like all other industrial foam products we are offering, these are also available in various shapes, sizes and colors. These will be made only in the soft foam quality to give a high comfort level to the end user.

Shredded Foam:
We convert our cut-out wastes and other waste material to shredded form which can be used for making re-cycled foam
